Ate there for the 1st time last night and when I went to eat my salad a LIVE bug was crawling in it. We told the manager and server and not one person even said sorry to us. They took the salad and went into hiding.

I was disappointed in my first visit. My wife had the Saviori pizza, I had the brisket. The crust on the pizza had a floury flavor, like it was rushed & didn't have time to rise. The brisket dish, while flavorful, was poorly executed. Large chunks of fat, which would be easily trimmed from the whole brisket, or even from the slices, was left on & chopped with the meat. Both the pizza & brisket were served on a perfectly flat plate/platter (flatter than the one in your picture) with a very low edge (1/8"?) - which was fine for the pizza, but made it nearly impossible to keep from sliding the brisket hash off onto the table. Perhaps the chef had the night off & his kitchen staff isn't properly trained yet?
