Description:

Mindfulness meditation offers a powerful way to cultivate clarity and presence, allowing us to live more fully and compassionately. In this class, Dr. Kate will guide participants through a variety of mindfulness practices, introduce simple techniques and provide a supportive space to share the experience with others.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your practice, this workshop offers a welcoming environment to explore how meditation can help you find greater peace, clarity, and self-compassion.

Dr. Abrams has a PhD in clinical psychology and is a certified VA CALM mindfulness facilitator. As a clinical psychologist she loves sharing meditation practices with others. She focuses on making meditation simple and accessible, helping people adapt the techniques to their lives so they can experience the benefits of regular practice.
