For our 10th Fancy Dinner on August 10th, we have Chef William Solano making a cameo, serving a five-course menu that combines Ecuador, New York, and Memphis, with cocktail pairings by us miscreants behind the bar and wine pairings from our friends at Rootstock Wine Merchants—with non-alcoholic options available!
William Solano is a talented Chef with a passion for creating exquisite culinary experiences. Born and raised in New York City, with roots in Ecuador, William brings a unique blend of flavors and techniques to the table. With extensive experience in fine dining and farm-to-table cuisine, he has honed his skills in some of the top restaurants in New York City and Memphis.
William is dedicated to crafting artisanal pasta and dishes that showcase the beauty of seasonal ingredients. His commitment to quality and creativity has earned him a reputation as a skilled and innovative chef. When he's not in the kitchen, William enjoys exploring new flavors and techniques to stay ahead of the culinary curve.

Cocktail hour is between 6-7 pm. Dinner starts at 7 pm SHARP. Obv, we'll be partying afterward. Duh. (Business as usual till 2 am)
