Nikki Veit, a StrongFirst certified Kettlebell instructor, will coach you through proper form and technique for all the major movements, making each moment educational and empowering. Each class will wrap up with a strength-building and cardio-intensive workout to put that day’s lesson to immediate action!
Each week features a movement-specific theme, ’cause who doesn’t love a theme?

Week Two: Turkish Get-Up and Carries
Week Three: Clean and Squat
Week Four: Press and Row
Week Five: Super secret special finale!
