You may protest. You may say that you're entirely too full for dessert. But when your server brings the wooden plank of desserts over to your table, order one. Here's why:

1. They're exactly the right size. Each one is served in a shot glass, which makes them just enough to be something a little sweet after a meal, but not so rich and filling that you'll feel guilty about it.

2. You'd be amazed what can fit in a shot glass - key lime pie, carrot cake, tiramisu, etc.
