In Whitehaven, there's a man named Uncle Lou. He makes the greatest honey butter biscuits on earth. Assignment #266 in the 365 Things to Do in Memphis is to eat one (if you can even stop at ordering one, because I can't.)

These aren't dinner rolls; they're dessert. Before the biscuits are baked, they're basted (soaked?) with honey and butter. When they come out of the oven, the outsides are sticky and sweet and the insides are light and flaky.

They're amazing on their own, but if you want to level up (and make a chicken biscuit that will make you never want to go back to Chik-fil-a for breakfast) make a sandwich out of one of these and some of the Sweet and Spicy Love chicken tenders.
