1. Memphis Rox: St. Jude Target House Pantry Volunteers: November 5th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Memphis Rox has an ongoing partnership with St. Jude’s Target House, the long-term housing facility for St. Jude families. Helping out at the pantry every week is one of the ways we contribute to Target House’s mission. Volunteers “shop” in the Target House pantry for groceries and home goods based on lists provided by Target House families. All goods are donated by external organizations; volunteers do not need to bring or purchase anything.

Volunteers will be in the room with guests while staff handle administrative duties. Your help is central to our mission of “holy hospitality” – having people present to listen to and talk with our guests during their wait helps them know this is a place where they are safe, welcome, and treated with respect.
