This year, Latino Memphis will again host their Dia de los Muertos Fiesta.
I have a pair of tickets to give away to the party, so read on to find out how to enter. Congrats to our ticket winner, Courtney Knowles!
The 2017 Dia de los Muertos Festival is on Friday, October 27 from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at The Columns downtown. Tickets are $50 online in advance or $65 at the door, plus you’ll need to buy a bar pass (more on that below).
HOW TO ENTER
If you want to enter to win a pair of general admission tickets (you’ll need to buy your own bar pass) just leave me a comment saying that you want to go. I will do a drawing on Monday at 3 p.m.

Bar Passes – VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT TO DRINK AN ALCOHOL
I’m just quoting directly from Latino Memphis on this:
You won’t even miss having a full bar with our selection of 4 signature drinks and craft beer available at all fiesta bars.
Cash will not be accepted at the bar so buy your pass ahead of time. Tickets required for all drink purchases.
$20 bar pass (includes 4 drinks)
$10 bar pass (includes 2 drinks)
Wear your fanciest black and white outfits – this is not a Halloween party, so be sure not to wear Halloween costumes.
Latino Memphis is an important local nonprofit that provides support, education, and programming for the Latino community and the city at large. They host an annual Latino Memphis Fest in May, this Dia de los Muertos party in October, and periodic other events. This party is a fundraiser for the charitable organization.
