I write about what’s going on with Memphis music, food, arts, events, sports, people, and culture. Memphians love Elvis and barbeque with a passion that must be seen to be believed, but there is so much more to this place.

Your list makes me very hungry! I am looking for an article which was in a recent Commercial Appeal. It gave information on several resturants serving Thanksgiving lunch, etc. If you are familiar with this, I would like to see that article. Thanks very much!

    • Holly Whitfield says:

Hi Alice! I’m sure I’m a day late getting to your comment, but I’m not familiar with that CA article. I did, however, have several lunches listed on this post. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving Day and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Will you be posting a 2016 list, we want to know what is open on thanksgiving! Thanks!

    • Holly Whitfield says:

I will be! Most restaurants do not have that info available yet, but I’m hoping they’ll get back to me this week.
