High Cotton Brewing will host an Oktoberfest blowout again this year on October 3, but this time there’s a new venue: Station 3: Memphis Firehaus downtown.

They’ll have German-inspired food from Central BBQ, live music from Dead Soliders, free-flowing taps of High Cotton beer including Oktoberfest, and, best of all – it’s one of your first chances to see the Firehaus in action.

Station 3: Memphis Firehaus is a vacant former fire station that the TN Brewery folks are transforming into another beer garden/hangout spot. You can read more about it here.

Tickets for High Cotton’s Oktoberfest are $40 online in advance and $50 on the day of the event, which will begin at noon and end at 6 p.m. You must be 21 to enter.

I write about what’s going on with Memphis music, food, arts, events, sports, people, and culture. Memphians love Elvis and barbeque with a passion that must be seen to be believed, but there is so much more to this place.
