In honor of the Association of Food Journalists descending upon Memphis for their annual conference, I'm dedicating the rest of this week to two of Memphians' favorite things: food and drink!

"One of the best things I've had in Memphis is the Spicy Korean Ramen with beef at Crazy Noodle on Madison Ave. The first time I had it was during the last snow/ice storm we had. Something about a well season, not to spicy, hot soup that was delicious about it. I still go back for it every 3 weeks or so."

    I will always remember my first bite of duck fried rice at South of Beale. It’s a taste that I have since enjoyed often.

     You should check out Andrea LeTard’s food blog called Andrea’s Cooktales! She pairs amazing dishes with a story, because seriously all the best stories are told around food! She has recently had two back to back cooking segments on ABC 24’s Local Memphis.
