Bari Ristorante

524 S. Cooper St.
Bookmark this one. Bari Ristorante is a beloved midtown restaurant specializing in Southeastern Italian cuisine and amazing wines and cocktails. Their extensive imported cheese selection is legendary! Right now Bari is in the process of moving locations: their new spot will be at 524 S. Cooper St. in the former Midtown Yoga studio across from Slider Inn. Follow them on IG to see when they’re reopening and then make a reservation asap.

ECCO on Overton Park

1585 Overton Park Ave
ECCO’s Italian inspired menu can be enjoyed inside, at the bar, or on either front or back patios, and everyone loves options! Pick a wine(s) to pair with their cheese plate, or the sampler plate that includes meat and cheese. I love their “salads” menu section because it’s only one or two of the salads have lettuce—we’re talking panzanella, burrata, watermelon. Perfect for summer. Check out their reservation policy.

  • Tuesday - Thursday 4:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Friday - Saturday 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
