This is a hibiscus mint popsicle from Mama D's Italian ice, and it's the only thing that's made me even remotely ok with how disgustingly hot it is outside.

Though the menu on her website has an impressive list of popsicle and Italian ice flavors, she only brings a selection of each to her farmers market booths. I can personally vouch for the deliciousness of the creamy chocolate sea salt popsicle, and I'm now planning to stop by the booth every time I'm at a farmers market in the hopes that the universe is smiling upon me and Mama D is selling her Arnold Palmer popsicles.

I haven't tried the Italian Ice yet, but all of the kids in line at the Botanic Gardens market yesterday seemed to be pretty excited about it.
