In other news:

- The annual Indie Memphis Film Festival is now accepting submissions for this year's festival (November 3rd - 6th). While the festival typically features mostly regional films, they welcome all kinds of submissions (shorts, documentaries, features, etc.) from all over the world.

- If you think Memphis' mass transit options could be better, it's time to let MATA know by taking their preference survey. It only takes a few minutes and will help MATA know how to better serve us.

- Ballet Memphis is having a free, open rehearsal on Saturday at First Congregational Church in Midtown from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. It's a good way to get a sneak peak of their upcoming performance of "Romeo and Juliet".
