- Memphis the Musical won four Tony awards last night. The show took home Best Musical, Best Book for a Musical, Best Orchestration and Best Original Score. Congratulations to everyone involved!

- For those of you wondering what's up with the Mid-South Fairgrounds, a lot has changed. Most of the existing expo buildings have been torn down (except for the Creative Arts building and the Pipkin - it's now home to Memphis Roller Derby), and building has started on the new Kroc Center. On Wednesday, there's going to be a "greenbreaking" for Tiger Lane, a new public green space next to the Liberty Bowl.
