Most of my scavenger hunt list was assigned by people submitting items via Facebook and Twitter. I had to add one of my own items to the list, though: Walk the Runway at Runway Boutique.

For reasons that I'm still trying to find a way to explain, I watch a lot of America's Next Top Model. I don't think I'd ever be allowed to participate. I'm 5'2 and bigger than a size 2. Despite that, I still have always wanted to know what walking the runway would be like. The good news is that Memphis has it's very own runway.

Marian Richardson's Runway Boutique  has a runway down the middle of the store (and it has lights on the sides). When you try something on in the store, she insists that you walk the runway in the outfit.

She picked out an outfit for me - a stretchy black French Connection dress and the most ridiculously skinny high heels I've ever worn (L.A.M.B. by Gwen Stefani).

It's a wonder I didn't fall over in those shoes. I don't think Miss J would have been particularly fond of my clomping stumble down the runway, but it was fun.
