One of the best parts of eating at Beauty Shop in Cooper Young is that you’re eating in a building that used to be an actual beauty shop. There are all kinds of cool salon details – the hair-washing sinks at the bar, the hairdryer chairs, the booths tucked into the old salon booths, the huge curved mirror that the daily specials are written on. The themed decor doesn’t take itself too seriously or get overbearing.
