I Love Memphis

Is it strange to anyone else that the street musicians I’ve come across are all from out of town? Tin Pan was from New York, and Wyndham is from North Carolina. Do musicians here just not busk? Am I missing something?

They’re called Tin Pan, and they’re from New York City. They were playing pretty great jazz and blues for anyone walking down the street. They were also crazy friendly. While I was taking this video on my Flip, the lead singer started making up words to the song he was singing about “the girl with the camera who’s going to fall in love with me”.
