Yoga & Visualization for Health and Wellness
Health is not just about what you’re eating. It’s also about what you’re thinking and saying. In this workshop, we will start with breath work, meditation and a gentle physical practice to prepare your mind and body to visualize what you wish to manifest in your quest for good health.

What we won’t be doing:
Setting up diets, making meal plans or providing nutrition advice. While there are professional references that we can provide, this workshop is about taking that first step to determine what your health goals are.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, a journal and water.
We will provide:
Pens, Pencils, Colored Pencils.
Stencils, Stickers, Ribbon Ziploc Bags
You can bring your own: Embellishments (Rhinestones, beads, etc)
Glue Sticks and/or Glue Gun, Adhesive (if using certain embellishments)
Pre-printed Affirmation & Action Words Paper Sacks (to store leftover cut outs/items that will be mounted on board later)
