Join Becca for a fun workshop covering all the basics of this compassionate lifestyle: you’ll learn some of the main reasons vegans stop consuming animal products in the first place, how to transition, and what vegans eat. Embracing this nonviolent lifestyle can have a positive impact on our relationship to animals, to the planet we live on, and to other people as well as to ourselves, as it often brings about an inner peace that allows us to truly appreciate and respect all forms of life. Going vegan is easier than you think, affordable, fun, may already line up with some of your values, and can possibly even bring you to a new level of spirituality.
In the workshop, you will have the opportunity to hear Becca explain all of this and more, as well as view a demonstration of her favorite staple vegan snack that will make you excited to try out new foods in the kitchen!”
