Outdoor Library presented by Fourth Bluff is a multi-event series put on by Fourth Bluff and Cossitt Library. The goal of the event is to spread the fun and community aspects of Memphis Libraries to the many areas of Downtown Memphis. The Outdoor Library event will be put on throughout October and November and will include a pumpkin carving contest, lawn games, and books provided by Cossitt Library. The events are free and all are welcome!
