SRVS Kids & Families Hosts Twenty-First 5K Bunny RunApril 15, 2017, 7:30 am-1:00 pm

The Twenty-First Annual 5K Bunny Run and 1-mile Family Fun Run / Walk will be held April 16 at a new location, Independent Presbyterian Church at 4738 Walnut Grove Rd. in Memphis. Registration starts at 7:30 am and the race begins at 9:00 am. All proceeds support SRVS Kids & Families (SKF), a program of SRVS which offers early intervention and therapies, family support groups and an inclusive preschool to children with developmental delays. SKF equips families to meet the daily challenges of children with special needs through a nurturing environment that fosters individuality and independence. Register to form a team or run or walk as an individual. Awards will be given in 15 age categories, plus first place in overall open, master, grand master, and senior master. Children with special needs will have their own age group categories. All children who finish the fun run will receive a ribbon. This is a USA Track and Field certified course and Memphis Runners Track Club sanctioned event allowing your name to be in the Tennessee State Record books. The event includes a visit by the Easter Bunny, egg hunt, games, face painting, food trucks, music and prizes. Parking is available at the church and St. Agnes Academy.
