I’m busy processing all of the I Love Memphis t-shirt orders from today (thanks, y’all!). Right now, everything is spread out on my home office floor. There are loads of lists and spreadsheets involved.

I’m finding things for the Memphis Scavenger Hunt like crazy this week.
Yesterday afternoon, I met the Memphis Symphony Orchestra’s principle oboist, Joey Salvalaggio. He’s a Memphis transplant (originally from Canada) who’s been playing with the symphony for 10 years.  Joey’s a total pedestrian – he lives in Midtown and doesn’t drive.

I get my hair cut at the Gould’s Salon in the basement of the Peabody Hotel by my amazing stylist (and fellow derby girl) Monica.

I was a little late to my appointment today because I had a surprise interview with ABC 24 at my office this morning. They wanted to talk to me about I Love Memphis and it’s corresponding Twitter and Facbeook pages.

The guys from Backbeat Memphis filmed an episode on Ching’s Wings today, and they were kind enough to let me tag along. That’s Memphis Jones behind the counter and Daniel with the camera.

I’m up at Otherlands this afternoon, working on a few things while I wait for the winner of the Wish gift certificate to meet me. I managed to snag one of the bigger (but not too big) tables next to an outlet, and I’ve got my work flotsam and jetsam sprawled out all over it.
