Places Open On New Year’s Day In Memphis 2017

Hello 2017! Here’s a running list of places open on New Year’s Day. Some of these might have special brunch, some might just be open like usual.

Call ahead if you have questions and make reservations whenever possible! (Really, do this.)

– Blind Bear (11 a.m. – 3 a.m.)
– Cafe Eclectic (all locations, regular hours)
Celtic Crossing Celebration (7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
– Dixie Cafe (10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
Ghost River Taproom “New Year New You Not Today” shindig (noon – 9 p.m.)
– Holiday Deli (all locations, regular hours)
– Huey’s (all locations, regular hours)
– Lafayette’s
– Majestic Grille
Midtown Crossing Grill will have brunch
– Neil’s Music Room (11 a.m. – 3 a.m.)
– Owen Brennan’s will have brunch (reservations required)
– Patricks’ (regular hours)
– Peabody Hotel will have brunch (reservations required)
– Pimento’s Kitchen and Market (regular hours)
– Pumping Station (regular hours)
– R.P. Tracks (11 a.m. – 3 a.m., serving brunch ’til 3 p.m. with black-eyed peas with every order)
– Strano Sicilian Kitchen will have brunch
– Young Avenue Deli (11 a.m. – 3 a.m.)
– Zebra Lounge (7 p.m. – 2 a.m.)

For something to do on NY Day besides eating and drinking, there will be guided hikes of both Shelby Forest and T.O. Fuller State Park on Sunday. Click for details.
