Win A Limited Edition Brewery Painting And a T-Shirt Giveway Over!
If you want to win this piece of art, leave me a comment on THIS POST and tell me your favorite part of the brewrey. I’ll pick someone at random to win the painting on Saturday 4/11 around noon. Congrats to Brendan for winning the random drawing!
We couldn’t do this alone. Here are some lovely folks we’d like to thank.
– Gil Worth from OAM Network for making the live broadcast and recording happen. This wouldn’t be possible without his network – check out all the podcasts!
– Rick Trotter, announcer for the Memphis Grizzlies, for generously offering his amazing voice work
– Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau (my employer) for supporting the I Love Memphis blog and podcast
– Ben and Adam for taking time out of their busy opening day duties to interview with us
– Hope Clayburn, for making soulful funky tunes like “Love is on the Way”, which we sample on the podcast
My absolute favorite part of the brewery is the architecture of the building inside and out. The atmosphere is always a plus, too!
My favorite is when you have too many beers and tell Adam too many details about your life and then he makes a clever poem about it all.
I love watching the Grizzlies' away playoff games there! Awesome atmosphere.
It's gotta be professor catfish. He's such a legend in his own domain. Even with the move indoors.

The string lights in the atrium make the place magical but I love love love the new art room with that amazing staircase and those fantastic columns!
Thanks Holly!! I love the brewery's courtyard, it has been the perfect gathering spot to see old friends and meet new ones. I'm looking forward to trying Mr Flemmons' Goldcrest 51 this year.
My favorite part of the brewery is the location! Living a block away means I can "invest in good times" all the time!
Great read. Love to see Memphians taking pride and revitalizing the city. Keep up the good work. I hope I win!
Love the new courtyard landscaping and view through the steel support beams
It's hard to pick one favorite thing! The architecture (windows, columns, staircase), the beer garden with the azaleas and the fountain, the hanging lights once the sun begins to set, the share picnic tables with strangers and new found friends.
I love how they are using a space that already exists instead of building something new. The greenest building is one that's already built!
the beauty of the place isn't just in the architecture. there's something about it only being open for a season that makes each moment spent there feel really special.
Lights, art room, architecture, are all great but honestly it's the people that are my favorite. Go with friends, go alone-either way you will fit right in.
The Brewery is Memphis. A reclaimed area, done with local pride, outdoor drinking, masses of people supporting it. That's the Memphis I Love.
The lovely art deco windows and the steelwork spans and lighting – fills the space with light and air – very cool!
My favorite part is that I am going to be able to see it next week on a vacation in Memphis!
This is so cool! Love the art!
i love the architecture of the building and the beer.
My favorite part is the main entrance into the atrium with the archway.
I love the building's history. So few of our architecturally significant older buildings are left.
The best part about the brewery is its history! The Tennessee Brewery was once was of the biggest breweries in the entire South.
Honestly, I like the added tables, to make it easier to enjoy the food trucks. 🙂
I love the building itself & the
atmosphere created by the history of it.
My favorite part is actually the exterior of the building, with the arches. I used to run by it every day and think, I wish they would do something with this building, it's such a pretty old building. Of course i moved to east mem and then they did something with it! not when I lived around the corner.
My favorite thing about the Tennessee brewery has always been that it represents a Memphis past and future that were and are full of possibility. The building has inspired so many people to dream for many years. It's exiting to see one if those dreams socially coming to life!!
The laid-back atmosphere is great!
Memphis rules! Love the art. Would be an honor to have it hang in Texas.
I love the atrium! But my favorite part of the brewery is the history.
I love the atrium but my favorite part is the history!
Id have to say my favorite is watching away grizz games there too!
I absolutely LOVE the staircase and the patina on the metals. It really makes this place one of a kind!
The architecture is amazing and the beer is great, but my favorite part is the sense of Memphis community. Such a fun atmosphere with great people!
I love that the Tennessee Brewery did such a wonderful job in bringing something from Memphis past to celebrate Memphis present. The combination of architecture and ambiance offer a place for Memphians to enjoy being Memphians. #gogrizz #gotigers
That would look Great on my wall !!!!
The arched windows were always my favorite! This building was my husband's "muse" in photography while at MCA, so I'll always have a soft spot for it.
Love the fact that people still believe in Memphis and in reviving one of its great buildings.
I love that it is being revitalized.
I love the old and nex history of this building. It represents what Memphis was and is today, a great place for old and young to have fun.
