On Wednesday nights, a rotating cast of musicians (including, but not limited to Luther and Cody Dickinson, Paul Taylor, Steve Selvidge and Al Gamble) known as the Sons of Mudboy take the stage at Mingelwood Hall's 1884 Lounge.

The band, named in homage to Luther and Cody's father's (Jim Dickinson) band, Mudboy and the Neutrons, will play this homestand at least through June and July, and if we're lucky and the Minglewood site's optimism holds, forever.

Photographer Brittney Williford went to the show last night and came back with these photos of the Sons in action.
