Memphis in May Eating: Swedish Crepes from Stone Soup
Sweden is Memphis in May’s honored country this year, so celebrate by eating a big, buttery plate of Swedish Crepes from Stone Soup Cafe.
Three crepes are stuffed with sweet cream cheese and rolled up and made Swedish with tart lingonberry sauce, dusted with powdered sugar and swimming in enough melted butter to get Paula Deen excited. These are borderline dessert food.
