In case you haven't heard, next Wednesday, January 23rd, is National Pie Day. To celebrate, Muddy's Bakeshop is giving a ton of free pie.

Muddy's owner Kat Gordon is an admitted pie freak (with the pie slice earrings to prove it), so she's all excited about celebrating a pie-centric holiday.

From 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on January 23, Muddy's Bakeshop will have a booth set up in their store where they'll be handing out slices of six different kinds of free pie. There's also going to be a drawing for a free membership to their Pie of the Month Club, and they'll have tons of four and seven inch pies for sale.

What: National Pie Day

Where: Muddy's Bakeshop (5101 Sanderlin Avenue #114)

When: Wednesday, January 23, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Why: Because pie is awesome and free pie is even better.
