This weekend, you can learn the ins and outs of the music industry and complete assignment #263 in the 365 Things to Do in Memphis: attend the Grammy GPS Conference.
The Memphis chapter of the Recording Academy (aka, the Grammys) is hosting their annual music industry conference at the Stax Museum this weekend. This year, the Academy is bringing in some incredible panelists: Jonathan Poneman, founder of Sub-Pop records, will deliver the keynote and rapper Talib Kweli is going to lead a panel on socially conscious hip-hop.
