In the past six years, the Church Health Center's annual benefit has grown from a single concert to a full-on, four-day-long music festival featuring some of the best bands in Memphis. Assignment #242 in the 365 Things to Do in Memphis is to go to at least one Rock for Love event.
If you're not familiar with the Church Health Center, they provide affordable healthcare to working Memphians, including working musicians. They also run a fitness center and weekly farmer’s market. Rock for Love is their biggest annual fundraiser.
