The weather is warm, the sky is cloudless and there's plenty of news to share. Here's your Wednesday Memphis news update:

- Happy Pi Day! Celebrate by eating pie from the Pie Folks or Muddy's Bakeshop, having a slice of pizza (pie) from Memphis Pizza Cafe or by going to the U of M's Einstein look-alike contest at 12:30 p.m. in the UC Theatre.

- Starting next Thursday, there's a new way to see downtown: by Segway. Two hour tours on the personal transporters will be leaving from the Peabody Hotel.

- Wilco is coming to Mud Island on May 16th. Tickets are on sale now (and you might want to get them early).

- A brand new local arts zine called Axis Memphis is seeking submissions. They're looking for black and white, high resolution art of any kind for their April issue. Email them your submissions by April 14.
