365 Memphians - Jillian Horton

361 / 365

Jillian Horton is the president and founder of On Our Own of Memphis, Inc., an organization that promotes independence and community engagement for developmentally disabled young adults through social activities.

Here's why she loves Memphis: "I love the community of people. Working with OOO has shown me how much people in Memphis truly care about those with disabilities and how willing they are to help support them."
