Project 365 - Day 70: Food Truck Edition
One thing Memphis could definitely use more of is food trucks. They're everywhere in Austin, and they're kind of amazing.
I got this watermelon agave popsicle from the Ice Cream Man truck (parked on Trinity and 4th) this afternoon. Think how amazing it would be to have an all-natural popsicle truck in Overton Park during the summer.
