My Feel Good Jam of the Moment
I've been listening to the Magic Kids' "Hey Boy" on repeat all afternoon.
The Magic Kids are a group of young Memphians who've been playing around town quite a bit in the past year. Some of their members are also in the Barbaras and Girls of the Gravitron.
Their single, "Hey Boy", has bouncy boy-girl vocals, a smidge of 1960's surf, and a beachy sound that's so warm you'll swear it's summer.

The Magic Kids are going on tour early next year, and you should make a point to see them.
